What is So Special About a True Comfort Whole System Guarantee?

What is a gguarantee_icon_biguarantee? Here is what Webster says…..

“A formal promise or assurance (typically in writing) that certain conditions will be fulfilled, especially that a product will be repaired or replaced if not of a specified quality and durability.”

Our True Comfort Whole System Guarantee  strongest in the business. It is your assurance that our work is done to the highest possible standard.

Most companies offer some sort of “money back” guarantee for their work- they’ll apply your money to the repair. Ours is simpler – if we tell you everything is ok and something breaks within 60 days of our visit we’ll fix it for free

What’s the difference you ask? Well the difference could be hundreds of dollars.

Lets say Company A charges you $89 for a tuneup and a week later, they are back to fix a broken part on the unit. Typically they will say something like this:

“Mrs Smith, we will be happy to apply the cost you paid for the tuneup of $89 against the repair. The cost of this repair is $500 so your cost will be $411.

With Burns & McBride the conversation is somewhat different:

“Mrs Smith, we apologize for the inconvenience and have replaced the part. Normally the charge for this would be $500 but since it occurred within 60 days of our last visit, there is no charge”

We guarantee that if after our technician’s visit something breaks on the unit that we had not brought to your attention – we will return to fix it – at no cost to you, for sixty days from the original call. Our goal is to put your equipment in the best possible operating condition.

There is one thing we want to point out. If our Technician pointed out a problem or have notified you that the equipment has surpassed its average expected life, then we are unable to provide this guarantee on that piece of equipment.
